AVI50215- Diploma of Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence – Aeroplane)
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to manage abnormal aeroplane flight situations, in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and national operating standards. It includes managing engine failure after take-off, performing forced landings following engine failure, conducting precautionary search and landing, and managing on-board abnormal and emergency situations.
